Capital District Tour – Key Club ICON 2026

The annual Key Club International Convention will be held July 1-5, in Dallas, Texas. The convention will offer outstanding speakers and entertainers plus a variety of forums and workshops, officer elections, and a service fair. It will be a great week of education, motivation, and fun.

The Capital District offers a District Tour for the convention. The tour provides students the opportunity to attend the convention as well as enjoy some special group activities. The tour is fully chaperoned including activities and some meals with the District. If school district regulations allow, the District adult chaperones are able to serve as chaperones for all students attending the convention and tour.

District Tour Dates

Wednesday, July 1 – Arrival, free time at water park, Opening Session in the evening
Thursday, July 2 – Caucusing, General Session and Evening Entertainment
Friday, July 3 – Workshops, House of Delegates, Recognition Session I
Saturday, July 4 – Workshops, Recognition Session II, free time at water park, Closing Session, Dance
Sunday, July 5 – Departure

District Tour Includes (for both students and adults)

Convention Registration Fee and Convention Souvenirs
Hotel Accommodations for 4 nights at the Hilton Anatole, 2201 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207
Most meals
2-day entry into the Jade Waters water park at the hotel
Daily evening meeting and social time in designated District area
Pins for pin trading with other Key Clubbers and Districts
Crab hats

Some spending money will be needed, particularly for approximately 3 meals that are on your own.
Transportation to/from Dallas, Texas, is NOT included in the Capital District Tour.

District Tour Fees

$675 per person (Quad occupancy / this is four individuals sharing a room together)
$750 per person (Triple occupancy / this is three individuals sharing a room together)
$900 per person* (Double occupancy / this is two individuals sharing a room together)
